From design to doorstep
A four-stage process refined over a decade of working with international retailers. Typical lead time from approved sample to ex-factory: 30 to 45 days.

Design
5-10 days
Share your concept, sketches or tech pack. We review feasibility, advise on materials, and confirm MOQ with an indicative timeline.

Sample
7-14 days
A pre-production sample is hand-stitched at our workshop and shipped to you. We iterate on fit, finish and hardware until it's signed off.

Production
20-35 days
Approved sample enters bulk production. In-line QC at every stage. Photos and video sent weekly. Final QC before pack-out.

Ship
Varies
FOB or DDP to your warehouse – whatever your terms require. We handle the documents, you watch the tracking.
