Shipping & Delivery Policy

HONG HYUN YUMA provides shipping and delivery support for OEM/ODM orders to domestic and international partners. We work closely with customers and logistics providers to ensure finished products are properly packed, documented, and prepared for safe and efficient delivery. Shipping arrangements may vary depending on order volume, destination, delivery method, and agreed commercial terms.

Shipping Methods

We support various shipping methods depending on the destination, order size, and customer requirements, including sea freight, air freight, and other agreed logistics solutions.

The most suitable shipping method will be discussed and confirmed before shipment based on cost, delivery time, and order requirements.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, customs procedures, carrier schedules, and other logistics conditions.

Delivery schedules are separate from production lead times. Once an order is ready for shipment, we will provide relevant shipping information and coordinate the delivery according to the agreed terms.

Shipping Costs

Shipping and freight costs are determined based on order volume, weight, destination, transportation method, and applicable delivery terms.

Unless otherwise agreed, shipping costs will be quoted or confirmed separately from manufacturing costs. Any additional customs duties, import taxes, local handling fees, or destination charges will be handled according to the agreed shipping terms.

Packaging

Products are carefully packed to help protect them during transportation and storage.

Custom packaging options—including labels, hangtags, inserts, individual packaging, cartons, and other branded packaging—may be available depending on project requirements and must be confirmed before production.

International Shipping

HONG HYUN YUMA supports international shipments for business partners and pet brands across global markets.

Required export documents and shipping arrangements will be prepared according to the agreed order conditions. Customers are responsible for providing accurate consignee information and confirming any specific import requirements applicable in the destination country.

Customs & Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, inspections, or other regulations imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise specified in the agreed Incoterms or commercial agreement, customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, and local clearance requirements.

Inspection Before Shipment

Before shipment, finished products undergo quality checks based on approved samples, specifications, and agreed quality requirements.

Customers may request additional inspection arrangements where applicable. Any third-party inspection requirements should be discussed and confirmed before the scheduled shipment date.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we make reasonable efforts to meet agreed shipping schedules, delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier schedules, weather conditions, port congestion, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we become aware of a significant issue affecting shipment, we will communicate with the customer and assist in coordinating an appropriate solution.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If products arrive with visible shipping damage or discrepancies, customers should document the condition of the shipment and contact us as soon as possible.

Claims relating to transportation damage, missing cartons, or logistics issues will be reviewed according to the applicable shipping terms, carrier conditions, and agreed responsibilities between the parties.
