HONG HYUN YUMA provides flexible OEM and ODM manufacturing services for pet brands and business partners. From product development and sampling to mass production and quality control, we work closely with each partner to turn product ideas into reliable, market-ready pet products.
This policy outlines the general process and conditions for OEM/ODM cooperation. Specific requirements, pricing, quantities, and production terms will be confirmed separately for each project.
Our OEM services support customers who provide their own designs, specifications, samples, or product requirements for manufacturing.
Our ODM services provide broader product development support, including concept development, material selection, design adjustments, sampling, and production based on each partner’s needs.
Our product capabilities include pet carriers, pet bags, pet beds, collars, harnesses, and various pet accessories.
We offer flexible customization depending on product type and production feasibility. Available options may include fabrics, webbing, colors, patterns, dimensions, hardware, padding, labels, packaging, and other product details.
Our team will review each request and recommend suitable materials, construction methods, and manufacturing solutions before sampling begins.
A sample may be developed before mass production to confirm the product’s design, dimensions, materials, construction, colors, and overall quality.
Sample fees and development times vary depending on product complexity and customization requirements.
Mass production will begin after the final sample and relevant specifications have been approved. Changes requested after approval may result in additional costs or adjustments to the production schedule.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) depends on the product category, materials, customization requirements, and production process.
MOQ requirements will be discussed and confirmed during the quotation or product development stage. We aim to provide practical solutions that balance production efficiency with our partners’ business needs.
Pricing is determined based on product specifications, materials, order quantity, customization, packaging, and other project requirements.
All quotations are subject to final confirmation. Payment terms, currency, deposits, and payment schedules will be agreed upon before production begins and specified in the relevant quotation, purchase order, or contract.
Production lead times vary depending on order quantity, product complexity, material availability, and current production capacity.
Estimated schedules will be provided after specifications and orders are confirmed. HONG HYUN YUMA will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines and communicate promptly if circumstances may affect production or delivery.
Quality is monitored throughout our production process, from material inspection and in-line checks to final inspection before shipment.
Mass-produced goods are manufactured according to approved samples and agreed specifications. Any specific testing, inspection, or quality requirements should be discussed and confirmed before production.
Customer-provided designs, specifications, artwork, samples, and other proprietary information will be handled with appropriate care and confidentiality.
Where required, HONG HYUN YUMA may enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect confidential project information.
Intellectual property ownership and usage rights relating to custom-developed products will be subject to the specific agreement established between HONG HYUN YUMA and the customer.
Packaging can be customized according to agreed requirements, including labels, hangtags, inserts, care labels, and bespoke packaging where applicable.
Shipping methods, delivery terms, freight costs, export documentation, and applicable Incoterms will be confirmed separately for each order.
Any request to modify specifications, quantities, materials, packaging, or other confirmed details should be submitted as early as possible.
Changes made after sampling, material procurement, or production has begun may result in additional costs and extended lead times. Cancellation conditions will depend on the stage of the project and any costs already incurred.
